Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to feel unsure at first. You might be feeling low, questioning things in your life, or carrying something difficult on your own. I offer a space where you can slow down, speak openly, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface at your own pace. Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to understand it together and find a way forward that feels more grounded and meaningful.
I am a qualified therapist with experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, grief and loss, low self-esteem, overwhelm, anger, relationship and family issues, burnout, and more. I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, offering an understanding and validating space, alongside personal experience of ADHD and hypersensitivity.
My approach is integrative and tailored to you. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, alongside mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore deeper patterns. I also use Matrix Reimprinting to process difficult or traumatic memories, and can integrate coaching to support clarity and direction.
My aim is to offer a down-to-earth, welcoming space where you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and move forward with more steadiness and direction.
