Each Flexi room rental is for 60 minutes and there may be another therapist using the room before or after you, so all setting up, leaving the room etc. must be done within the hour.

Between the three hour blocks there is 15 minutes handover time, 5 minutes for setup and 10 minutes for leaving. 

Dedicated bookings include two weeks off per year when you don't pay for your room. This is built into your monthly payment, so you pay for 50 weeks spread across 12 monthly Direct Debit payments.

Here's how we work it out:

• Each weekly three hour block £7 x 3 hours = £21

• £21 x 50 weeks per year = £1050

• £1050 ÷ 12 monthly payments = £87.50

We do not offer additional payment breaks.

Flexi hours are bookable two weeks in advance, up to 48 hours before the session. You can also cancel or reschedule them up to 48 hours in advance using the button links in the email confirmation. 

The email confirmation also contains links to add your booking to iCal/Outlook or Google calendars.

Unfortunately at Old Market we do not have bike storage inside the building. There are however plenty of bike racks on West Street.

Please do not bring bikes into the building, or allow your clients to bring bikes in.

In the muddier months especially please take care to wipe your feet, and if your shoes are really muddy consider taking them off.

We like carpet as it's nice and cosy and better for sound insulation, please help us keep it as clean as possible.
