Vessel exists because we believe therapists and their clients deserve better therapy rooms.
The therapy room serves as a vessel for your practice – a vital space that holds part of what your clients experience as therapy. Our spaces are crafted to meet the unique needs of the therapist, so that you can focus on the profound and important work of therapy.
We opened our first rooms in Old Market in 2023, and our Park Street rooms two years later in 2025. We’re grateful to work with a growing community of over 60 psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, massage and holistic therapists, bodyworkers, and wellbeing practitioners who trust us to hold their private practice.
Our values
We want to help normalise accessing therapy
We believe in the transformational power of therapy and we want to help as many people access it as possible. We intentionally choose prominent high street locations for our rooms, both to make them more accessible and also to make therapy more visible. We want to help remove the stigma that has been associated with accessing mental health services.
Vessel is an inclusive space
Vessel therapy rooms are for everyone. Our core values are anti-facist, anti-racist, anti-homophobic and anti-transphobic.
We support the UKCP Bursary, which helps people from under-represented backgrounds access psychotherapy training, creating a profession that better reflects the diversity of the communities therapy should serve.
Vessel is also a proud sponsor of the Easton Cowgirls Netball Team. Our sponsorship goes into the team’s access fund, which allows players who would not be able to cover the costs to be part of the netball Cowfolk community and access the mental health benefits of being part of the team.
Transparency is fundamental to our offering
When you book a room with us, the price you pay is clear and everything is included. There are no profit-making extras – no admin fees, no onboarding charge, no monthly membership fees, no key fees, no storage fees, and there never will be.
Our aim is to make our systems and communication straightforward and as clear as possible. We make joining our spaces a smooth process and once you are a member we won’t spam you with frequent emails or weird poems.
