You may come to counselling with a specific issue you want to work through, or you might be looking for a space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences more deeply. Maybe you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, or perhaps you're navigating a difficult life transition, facing a big decision, or simply have a sense that something isn't quite right.
Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, make sense of what is happening in your life, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can explore both the challenges you are facing now and the deeper patterns that may be influencing them, helping you develop greater self-understanding and create meaningful change.
Hi, I'm Caroline, a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (MNCPS Acc.) offering in-person counselling on Park Street, Bristol, and online across the UK. My approach is warm, sincere and trauma-informed. I work with people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, grief & loss, stress & burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences.
As a Pluralistic Counsellor, I adapt therapy to your individual needs and specific circumstances, drawing on a range of approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic theories.
I offer a free initial consultation, giving us the opportunity to explore what you're looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.
