Sarah Hopson
Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapist-in-Training. I offer affordable, in-person psychotherapy for £25 for 50 minutes.
My aim is to provide a compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can explore what feels stuck, sit with difficult emotions, notice patterns and name what’s below the surface on your path to self-discovery.
Due to my humanistic approach, we focus on you as a unique and whole person and the expert of yourself. Humanistic therapy is founded on the belief you have an innate capacity for growth and healing. Together we explore what you bring to sessions. Integrative therapy offers a flexible approach, bringing in elements from a range of techniques and theories.
By being here you have taken the first, often difficult, step. Please get in touch if you would like to book an initial session.
I am a psychotherapist-in-training completing an MA in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling. This is a UKCP accredited course.
Prior to my training, I worked for over a decade in education, this includes working with students with dyslexia, autism and ADHD. Recently, I volunteered with the Trauma Programme in Bath. I have an interest in intergenerational trauma and neurodiversity.
