Hello, I'm Louise a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH) specialising in anxiety, sleep, stress, conflict and anger management. My approach at Sanguine Therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combined with hypnotherapy, mindfulness, relaxation and conflict resolution techniques. I work with thoughts, feelings and behaviours to help identify what is keeping you stuck and to set realistic goals. We will explore tools to manage anxiety, sleeplessness and inner and outer conflict and build new patterns through personalised support including hypnotherapy recordings and resources. I use a non-trance approach to hypnotherapy which ensures you are in control and helps embed the changes we have explored together in pursuit of your goals long after therapy ends.I integrate some of the modern approaches to CBT into my hypnotherapeutic work with clients including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT focuses on managing thoughts and feelings, rather than eliminating them to increase psychological flexibility and help you commit to action aligned with your values.
