Joleen Keizer
Therapy can feel like a big step. Sometimes taking the first step to talk can feel difficult, especially when things feel overwhelming. You don’t have to manage everything on your own. Therapy can give you a safe space, where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions without judgement.
People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. At times the hardest part is simply knowing where to begin and choosing the right therapist can feel daunting. Struggling with your mental health can be very isolating. Therapy can help. Being listened to and feeling understood can bring relief and help you move forward. You don’t have to be at crisis point to seek support. This space is just for you.
I am a fully qualified integrative therapist and a BACP member. I tailor my collaborative approach and work in an open, conversational style. Different techniques and modalities work for different people. Together we develop strategies and tap into your own expertise and skills to empower and support you. I offer a calm, safe and caring space where you feel heard.
I offer both short and long-term therapy, depending on your needs and preferences. I work with clients in-person on Thursday and Saturday mornings between 8am and 12pm on Park Street and online during working hours on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please feel free to contact me on joleenkeizertherapy@gmail.com if you would like to arrange a free 15-minute Google Meet online or telephone consultation to talk though your concerns and explore how we might work together.
